What it does
Running a studio means holding a lot of context at once: which products exist, what state they are in, what needs deciding, and who — or what — is doing the work. Studio Cat is where that context lives.
- Products: a single view of the portfolio and where each product stands
- Work: the things in flight, and the things deliberately not in flight
- Decisions: what was decided, by whom, and the reasoning behind it
- AI collaborators: giving AI enough context to be genuinely helpful
- Operations: the repeatable parts of running a small company
Why we built it
AI makes a small studio capable of a surprising amount, but only when it can see the whole picture. Rather than bolting AI onto a pile of disconnected tools, we built the operating layer first and let the products grow around it.
An experiment as much as a tool
Studio Cat is also how we test what an AI-native company can actually feel like to run. It is a working prototype of our own operating philosophy: AI does a great deal of the analysis, drafting, and coordination, and humans stay accountable for direction and consequences.
Availability
Studio Cat is an internal product. There is no public sign-up, and this page intentionally describes it at a conceptual level only — internal company information, architecture, and operating detail stay private.
